Strawberry Banana Twist

A very nice, sweat, creamy smoothie. Great for a snack after school or a healthy alternative to ice cream!

What you will need:
  • Five ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup of half and half (this can be replaced with whole milk, 2%, etc)
  • One banana
  • Four large strawberries
  • Sugar (optional)
Directions:
  1. Peel banana and cut tops off of strawberries
  2. Combine ice, half and half, banana, and strawberries in blander.
  3. Taste smoothie. If so desired, add a few teaspoons of sugar, more or less to taste. (if the fruit is ripe enough, no sugar may be needed.)
