What you will need:
- Five ice cubes
- 1/3 cup of half and half
- Four large strawberries
- One kiwi
- 1/2 banana
- Sugar to taste (optional)
- Peel kiwi and banana, and cut tops off strawberries.
- Blend ice, half and half, and fruit together in a blender until smooth.
- Taste smoothie. If so desired, add a few teaspoons of sugar, more or less to taste. If fruit is ripe enough, no sugar may be needed.
