What you will need:
- Five ice cubes
- 1/3 cup of half and half (this can be replaced with whole milk, 2%, etc)
- One banana
- Four large strawberries
- Sugar (optional)
- Peel banana and cut tops off of strawberries
- Combine ice, half and half, banana, and strawberries in blander.
- Taste smoothie. If so desired, add a few teaspoons of sugar, more or less to taste. (if the fruit is ripe enough, no sugar may be needed.)
